We started TalentEase AI because we believed the workflow deserved a platform built specifically for it - with semantic AI at the centre, not at the edges, and with respect for the recruiter's judgement at every step.

TalentEase AI is operated by a US-incorporated company with our engineering and product team based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our customer-facing operations - contracts, billing, support - run from our US entity. Our development, infrastructure, and AI engineering happen in Colombo, where we have built a senior team across machine learning, full-stack engineering, and recruitment domain expertise.
Customer data is hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) by default. Customers in regions that require local data residency can request alternative hosting on our Custom plan.
